Valley Orthodontics

We have had such a great experience working with Valley Orthodontics! Very friendly, professional and pleasant staff. All three of our kids have had braces and so we’ve been going there for years. I truly can’t think of a single negative! Fantastic communication, great at working with kids even very nervous ones, and just such very nice folks. I’ll actually miss seeing them once the last kiddo finishes braces.

I appreciate Valley Orthodontics so much. My son just finished treatment with them and we had a wonderful experience. The communication was always clear. Every staff member cared and treated us kindly. The transformation with his smile is truly amazing. 💯 recommend!

All three of my kid were with Valley Orthodontics. I want to start by saying that there are alot of good orthodontists out there but these guys are above and beyond always!! My last kid was really upset about his teeth and wanted braces so badly. My first two kids started with Dr. Hartmann so I was a little nervous to see a new doctor but wow! He is just such an amazing human and immediately put us at ease. He made the process very clear from the beginning so we knew what to expect. And as most people know a doctor can't do his job without several awesome assistants to help along the way. The sweet front desk staff are a joy to talk to on the phone too!! There is nothing I love more than an office that is friendly and easy to communicate with :) 1000% recommend this office. Thank

So, these guys took over my adventure when Candid failed me. I got 75% of my treatment done thru Candid and lost my Alaskan sponsor so Valley took over my treatment and did awesome. The office feels like an open environment which is kinda cool the way everyone can communicate. The staff are very supportive and always ready to answer questions. I did have my doubts due to being almost 50 whether or not my teeth would cooperate, but after they told me about an older patient closer to her 80"s, I made the jump. Now, my 18 year old is getting his smile done and my 29 year old is later. These guys made handling insurance a breeze. I did interview with another office but the vibe with Valley won me over.

Dr. Haines and his staff were kind and wonderful to work with! The entire process was smooth and we were well informed along the way. Their office is clean and inviting, and my daughter has a beautiful smile! I would highly recommend them!
