Dr. Packard took care of my family member with a level of care I would rate as beyond excellent. He did an exceptional job diagnosing her problem and got her in for surgery as soon as he was able. He navigated a challenging surgical issue with expertise, a comforting bedside manner and professionalism. His patients are lucky such an amazing doctor is available on Alaska.

After a year of awful, worsening pain and being shuffled around between doctors and physical therapists, I found myself seeing Dr. Packard. And for the first time I finally felt like someone cared that I was in immense pain. For the first time I felt like someone actually listened to me. He was able to figure out what was wrong so quickly when everyone else had missed it and didnt delay in getting it fixed. Dr. Packard was truly incredible as a physician, surgeon, and advocate. He absolutely earned my trust, respect, and immense gratitude. Thanks to him I feel like I am finally getting my life back.

Dr. Packard has a great bedside manner and understanding of his audience. My daughter is a senior in highschool and an XC runner and basketball player. Having and taking the time to work through the injury, how she can still make regionals and nationals and his detail with what is creating the pain so she can understand was awesome.
