I have been very impressed with this office from the nurse (or medical assistant?) doing my blood draw to the NP Amber Rutkowski. I find it especially wonderful that they spend so much time with you per visit. My first visit I was there for 45 minutes so she could get a full understanding of my background and needs. I did not feel rushed at all. I also have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes in the wait room. I feel like they truly care and want it to be a positive experience.

Dr. Arnoult is fabulous. She listens and is attentive. She takes things seriously and want to help. She is the first doctor who I feel like has really acknowledged what I’m saying and worked with me to find a solution!! Highly recommend!

OK for Minor Issues. Go Elsewhere or Use Caution for Non-Minor Issues. While Dr. Arnoult was friendly I had to follow up with them for literally every single step when dealing with their office. The office staff and Doctor don't seem to speak to each other. If the doctor orders something, you WILL need to call the office yourself to make sure it gets done. If you speak to the office about something, do not expect it to be in the notes for the Doctor. The 1st time I followed up, less than 1 week after my 1st visit, the doctor asked "what was your issue again?" Concerning. Why weren't there notes and if there were, why not just refer to them? It is super easily to get an appointment at a time that works for you and great certain prescriptions on site! Great options for teachers and school staff. The providers are very good, especially Dr. Arnoult!

The staff is polite. However, I have been without medication for extended periods of time because the staff does not submit the proper documentation until weeks after. I don’t know if it’s incompetency, the staff not having a sense of urgency, or a communication breakdown in their office.
