Super easy and fast experience. I generally don't have a problem with needles, but they're certainly no one's favorite! I've had Kayla twice now. It's always extremely fast, easy and painless. If you're in Warrensburg, I'd recommend her if you'd like the entire experience to be painless!

I went there for a wound care, I had a very irritated cyst on my back, and it was giving me so much pain, I had a plastic surgeon appointment 5 days later but I could not stand the pain so I ended up at urgent care, Dr Eric W Rogers treated me very very very well. He explained me every step he is doing, he told me how much pain I can experience before he give me pain killer medication, he is very very gentle, that's a very painful situation but he makes it as much as easy for me. I am glad I got treated from him, I was lucky.. I don't want to be judgemental but I don't think that any other doctor can make this procedure less painful. Nurses are very gentle and thoughtful too. Everybody is very professional and very kind, from check in desk, to check out. Strongly recommend Urgent care!

Thank you for having excellent staffing that take care of their patience from the time they enter the Imaging Department until the time they leave. Jenny, Carol, Katherine and Melissa were excellent in patient care. They make you feel confident knowing that you are in good hands in their individual areas. They ask and answer all your questions and make sure you have any other visits scheduled asap. I will continue to use this facility as I know they are there to help.

Lack of communication there is absolutely unreal between patient and provider. Was there for the first time ever today and what I found out at the end or after the fact after leaving was absolutely unreal. I wouldn’t have known to ask that question having never been there she should’ve been upfront and told me how things go when it comes to cultures and when they get picked up, but no, so she’s delaying the correct care because if the antibiotic that I am on that I had at home to start today may not be the correct one until we get the culture back but not telling me they don’t pick up on Sundays and the fact that the health centers are closed until 10 AM tomorrow because of the Weather And the holiday coming put a major delay on correctly diagnosing the problem because I have a history of
