For Warrensburg, I’d Give ZERO Stars if I Could. The Staff are Rude over the Phone until you go into the Pharmacy and then they’ll start treating you with Respect but not over the phone. They treat clients like garbage. Not helpful at all. I had to ask the same question 3 times just to be lied to. They switch their medicine brands ALL of the time and some don’t know how to even count correctly. Please, do yourself a favor and go to a proper-well-managed pharmacy. Don’t even try another Price Chopper pharmacy because I bet you’ll probably have the same issue there too. Just being Honest. The Staff here act absolutely disgusting and they do not care about people, they only care on how they can make more money. I sound harsh, but this is the real truth, the reality of the staff at warrensburg

Awful customer service, rude and not knowledgeable.They mess up the medications and dont know how to process the insurances. Ive had to go back multiple times in one day on more than one occasion. Twice being in a three day span.

You need to have the store hours (above) changed to reflect your new hours. I just discovered the error the hard way after driving all the way down there after reading the above "Closes:8pm'. Nope, closes more like 7:30pm (or earlier).

I never seem to get any help here. I'm always told it'll be 30 minutes before my prescription is ready or it has to be ordered. I couldn't couldn't get them to put all my prescriptions together for 1 pickup a month, so I moved to a different pharmacy, and all my prescriptions are ready once a month!

Two times they haven't held my prescription. The drive thru takes forever,and inside you won't see one person smiling. Guess I'm suffering tonight.
