Schroon River Animal Hospital

We had been using a different vet service and grew disillusioned with them. A friend uses SRAH and so we figured we'd give them a try when our dog needed assistance. We given a quick appt and were happy with the services. The staff are excellent to deal with. We have since brought in 2 feral kittens to be neutered and tagged and will eventually be bringing our own 2 cats. The only issue I have is that they don't allow you in with your animal during the evaluation.

They have been sooo gracious to us as our older family members have faced the end of their lives. They have been amazing with helping us care for our dogs (family) throughout the years. Soooo knowledgeable about everything with dogs. We have always only had dogs, so, can only speak to that. Would highly recommend them!

We had to say goodbye to our cat just after moving to the area. When we weren’t sure yet if it was his time, Schroon River got as an appointment same day to evaluate him and recommended some things we could try overnight. Unfortunately that did not work out but I appreciate that they didn’t push us to decide right away. I called back the next morning on New Year’s Eve and we were able to bring him in for a peaceful send off. They were compassionate and I’m grateful they were open on a holiday and able to help us so we our boy didn’t have to suffer any longer.

So pleased with Cosmo's new vet and the staff @ Schroon River Animal Hospital. Courteous and attentive. They came highly recommended and did not disappoint!

The staff at Schroon River Animal Hospital is always pleasant and accommodating. They treat our dog with kindness and care. It’s always a great experience. We can’t thank them enough for all they do.
