This dentist office is AMAZING!! My hygienist was Nicole and she was very professional and trustworthy. It was my first time going to this dentist office and I was very nervous. She talked me through all of the processes and did an exceptional job with my deep cleaning the next day. After my initial consultation, Megan assisted me in my future appointments at the dental office and with outside offices. I am so pleased with the level of professionalism from everyone in this office! I highly recommend for first time patients.

This was my first time using this dentistry and I can say the best. Literally walking in and being greeted and welcomed by the staff felt good. Kayleigh did my xrays and helped me get my next appointment booked. She was the best and had all the answers for my questions. I've had great service lately except that for the last two appointments I was sitting in the chair waiting for my treatment for a half hour. And I don't mean it seemed like it. I mean it was over 30 minutes each time. I think I need to ask about that from now on, at least to find out if that is everywhere because of the way our healthcare System is in this country or if it is something that should not be acceptable nor considered normal and unavoidable. And also I wish that someday all dental providers would make the crowns and bridges in house instead of sending them out and making you wait for a few weeks. I also don't know if this is normal and shouldn't be considered a negative rating influencing item. Other than that they've been taking good care of me so I would say four out of five

Day of my first appointment my car got hit so need to say I did not make my appointment. The parking here is not good at all. The next day was better got my teeth clean but was told I can use some alinement of my teeth for $5000. 00 Dallas. So going to this dentist office was crazy.

The employees where nice and respectful but the wait time is ridiculous. I dont understand why they make appts when they dont call you into a room until after an hr waiting past your appt time. 1/12/26 UPDATE: THESE PEOPLE HARDLY EVER ANSWER THE PHONE AND WHEN THEY DO THEY SAY THEY WILL HAVE SOMEONE TO CALL YOU BACK. I TRIED CALLING THE NUMBER THAT THEY LEFT BELOW MY REVIEW AND THAT NUMBER BELONGS TO ANOTHER DENTISTRY IN ANOTHER STATE. THEY ARE TRYONG TO LOOK PROFESSIONAL BY RESPONDING BACK TO THE REVIEWS BUT IT IS ALL JUST FOR LOOKS TO APPEAR THAT THEY CARE. I AM TRYING TO GET ALL OF MY RECORDS AND EVERYTHING TRANSFERED TO A NEW DENTIST. DO NOT COME HERE IT QILL BE A WASTE OF TIME!
