Great experience getting my eye exam and buying two new pairs of glasses. Everyone was so friendly (and honest about what styles looked best). I unfortunately had to change my original 5 star review to 2 stars because of my horrendous experience with a repair here. I loved my original glasses I purchased and have bought many glasses from them and have been a loyal customer for years but the frames I purchased rusted the second year I had them. I used the cleaner they suggested and am very clean and cautious taking care of my things. I ordered a new pair of frames to replace them and came into the store to switch out the lenses and the techs couldn’t get the lenses out stating the screw was at first rusted then stripped. They stated they might break making the adjustment (say what!). They attempted over an hour and had to break the frames to get the lenses out hence scratching the lenses at the spot where the screw was. I did get
