Wonderful staff with exceptional experience. They were able to scan my old WP prescription glasses thus providing a more accurate updated prescription. The staff were serviceable, and approachable. Most stores have a huge selection of different framed glasses. The staff were more then willing to ensure I was completely satisfied with my selection before purchasing. Which was a blessing, since I am super indecisive! Since I didn't feel any pressure to buy or felt rushed in my decision, having the extra time to decide actually resulted in me getting two frames instead of the one pair I initially was interested in. Overall a truly enjoyable experience. Highly recommend. :)

The opticians at this branch, and perhaps beyond, have very little training in my view -- I've taken frames there for adjustment multiple times, and the adjustment is always off. Adjusting glasses requires real expertise, otherwise a loose pair is made far too tight, a too tight pair is made immediately loose again. The quality of the frames, average to low to begin with, doesn't help. To be avoided.

I had such a great experience at the Warby Parker store! Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. The doctor, who is Filipino, was incredibly nice and sweet. She made the whole eye exam feel so comfortable. Highly recommend this location!

When I visited the store I wasn’t planning on making a purchase. However I happened to have my prescription in my wallet and found an affordable pair that could be shipped to my home address with the help of the stores associates. I was in and out with a new pair of glasses to be delivered within 15-20 minutes. 10/10 recommend.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Attentive service . Luisa was great, had a nice time trying on frames and gave me her honest opeinion in regards to fit. At the end I purchased 2 different pairs.
