I had an outstanding experience at Warby Parker thanks to Nick and Dorothy. From the moment we walked in, they were warm, attentive, and incredibly patient — especially with my children, which I truly appreciated. Both Nick and Dorothy pulled a wide range of frames tailored to my preferences and thoughtfully guided me through the selection process without any pressure. They made it easy and even fun. On top of that, they proactively checked my insurance, clearly explained my benefits, and handled everything efficiently and seamlessly. The store was well-organized, welcoming, and the service felt genuinely personalized. What could have been a time-consuming errand turned into a smooth, enjoyable experience. Ashana was so amazing and she fixed the loose screw / hinge of my sunglasses and did it in less than a minute. She was so helpful and friendly and now I can wear my sunglasses again without worrying about the loose screw. Can’t wait to wear them again and thanks so much again Ashana!!

Excellent staff. Very clean and comfortable store. Collection of styles was also very good and I liked that they have different widths. The staff showed me how to adjust the nose pads so the glasses would sit better on my face, which I hadn’t even known before.

I love Warby Parker glasses and wouldn't go anywhere else. Since I live close to this new store, I went there today and got a new pair of glasses that can transition to sunglasses when going outdoors. I had no idea that was so. The salesperson I worked with was extremely knowledgeable, and very pleasant. I am so glad there is a WP near my home and will go there for all my eyewear needs.
