Dr. Waltz and the nurse that worked with me were both great. Very friendly and professional. The issue with office is Bonnie and other staff in the front. Refused to believe that I was in network. Submitted claims incorrectly. When questioned - Bonnie became very defensive and clearly had an attitude. A simple "I'm sorry, my mistake, I'll fix it" was all that was needed. Had to finally have my insurance company call Bonnie and have them explain to her how to correctly submit claims for processing. She even told them a different story then she told me. There was an extreme delay with my reimbursement because of the multiple mistakes Bonnie made. I appreciate that it must be a demanding job (and we all have bad days) - but every single interaction with her was negative.

Needed tooth extraction. Apparently never looked at exray that was provided. After shooting me up 3 different times trying to remove the tooth he suggested maybe I alt to come back to be put under. This after severe pain down my nerve and him stopping 3 times trying to remove it. I said no im here we are this far remove it. He cut the tooth in pieces to extract it or so he said. A week later still having ear ache and severe pain i call him said who i was and the issue I was having. Day later they called and said call back if I need an appointment. $375 dollars in his pocket i am now going somewhere else to try and get straightened out!!!! Reconsider before its to late. Wish I did

Dr Waltz is friendly and does good work, but I DO NOT recommend the office for dental work on children. Doesn’t matter how nervous or scared the child is for the procedure, only patients are allowed back. Parents must stay in the waiting room. I understand this policy for adults, but think it’s stupid for children and just increases a child’s anxiety towards dental work.

Husband had a single wisdom tooth extraction. Dr. Waltz and attendant were gentle and professional. Front desk was combative and not helpful. Our medical insurance minimally covers x-ray and extraction, but she wasn't willing to verify. She was very rude to another client. Not an enhancement to the practice.

Dental work on my 12 year old was good. My only problem was that he is 12 never had any surgery or been under any type of sedation and they wouldn't allow me to go back. Not even when they got his vitals, hooked up to the monitor or started his IV. He was nervous and uncomfortable going back alone. Was very disappointed that they would not let an adult be with their child while getting them under sedation.
