Wall's Medicine Center

I will start off by saying that the staff is super nice! Service is good for the most part but I really don’t appreciate when my doctor sends in my prescription 2 whole weeks before it’s due for the exact reason of making sure the pharmacy had enough stock for it only for me to have to call to even get it filled.. and guess what?! They don’t have it in stock… the whole purpose of sending it in on 9/15 was so that I could get the whole thing filled not just 12 out of 90 and yet the price is the same as if I were getting 90 pills when I’m only getting 12… not impressed to say the least…

We switched to Walls when our pharmacy closed about 2 years ago. I was nervous because our previous pharmacy was so good and knew us so well. But Walls has been great and everyone is very friendly! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new pharmacy in town. :)

Wall's has been my pharmacy for years for several reasons. I love the fact they have a drive-through that is rarely busy. They do a wonderful job of remembering their regular customers and always have friendly staff. If location is an issue, worry no more. Most of Wall's customers use their free delivery service or mailing options. No matter where you live in town, they will find you. They work hard to make sure your monthly prescriptions get sent out at the same time each month. Initially, they may be staggered due to insurance, but in no time they work with your insurance company to avoid multiple delivery/pick-up days. I was laughed at over the phone by a pharmacist and told my medication withdrawals were anxiety. Poor customer service and dangerous advice. It was embarrassing enough to call.

I recently used Walls Medicine Center for a COVID-19 test facility. The complete process was very simple to follow, their staff was very pleasant and explained what was going to happen and how long it would take to get the results back. They made a tense situation as comfortable as it could possibly be.
