Inspire Pharmacy

I was happy with this pharmacy for months, but to put it simply, the pharmacist is great, but the little red-haired lady is an absolutely miserable human being and has made several errors in filling my prescriptions, such as the time she tried to only give me half of my meds and then needed to find an excuse as to why she messed up. They DO NOT take GoodRx cards, and their discount program is more expensive than the rest. I pay for half of one of my meds, and insurance pays for the other half. Last week I was broke for a bit and called to ask them to spot me a few days supply until I was able to get funds, seeing as they don't take GoodRx. My name is Timothy William Weber In January and February of 2023, I was homeless, staying at the Mission a block from Inspire Pharmacy. I was 41 and had never been homeless before in my life. Type 2 Diabetes hit me hard and ruined my ability to work. I had no one to help me. I am not lazy. I am not a stupid person. I needed insulin to keep my blood sugar under control. I applied for help getting insulin with a program in the same building and received a week's worth. When I ran out, I tried to apply again, and the terrible woman at this pharmacy told me that was a one-time thing, literally laughed at me, and told me to get a job. One of the 50 something women grinning from ear to ear told me that she is on prescription medication and she always manages to pay for her own. I begge

Best cash discounts by far, better even than Costco. Staff (Pharmacists) are friendly and helpful, always had what I've needed in stock (not that I go very often). Never had to wait more than a few minutes for a prescription even if it was not sent over by the doctor's directly.

NOT FOR DELIVERY! After a recent move I was assured my daughter's medication, which she had 2 days left of, would be delivered in time. Instead they sent it for 2 day shipping before a holiday weekend, guaranteeing they would NOT be getting her medication on time as promised! In addition, they put the medication in the incorrect shipping package and did not pay the appropriate shipping, causing the medication to almost be returned to sender after the holiday weekend (2 days without medication at this point). After having to take a morning off of work and 3 hours dealing with the post office to find the package I was held responsible for the $18.20 to cover their shipping error. Meanwhile, any attempts at cooperation or assistance from the pharmacy was met by being told their hands are tied

Love this place. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. It's nice to go into a place where they actually seem to care about the person and not the money. I'll never go back to Walgreens or CVS. Keep up the great job y'all.
