Dr. Bothun is great. Able to get me in right away and will get everything fixed the same week or even the next day if it worked for me. I have always been very happy with my services at Dakota Dental!

With my last experience there, and in my own opinion, I’m not sure what happened to Paul Bothun’s empathy over the years, but I cannot in good conscience recommend him as a dentist. This is based solely on my own experience. Don’t dare question him or express valid concerns. Bothun seemed annoyed I was in pain. It was a very unfortunate and unnecessary situation I was left with that led to many complicated dental problems for me which I am still currently trying to fix. I was left confused and upset with how I was treated. High volume dental offices are definitely not for me. Even though I was a long time established patient there, I still felt like a set of teeth rather than a person that day.
