Skip's Budget Drug

We recently switched to Skips due to an insurance change with our regular pharmacy. Although they have managed to do fine getting out prescriptions switched over & filled I am in awe of the lack of customer service skills of some of the staff members. Specifically the lady working the drive up window! In the 4-5 times I have been through there she has not once greeted me with a "hello' or in any manner at all, she has never once thanked me, in fact there is no interaction from her at all besides telling me what I owe. It's like I am bothering her by being a customer! Someone send this woman to some customer service training! I am thinking Skips probably isnt a good fit for us!

We've been using Skips Budget Drugs for about as long as we've lived in Grand Forks, which is nearly 30 years. Always friendly, prompt service. In the rare instances when there were issues with prescriptions such as availability, changes at the docs, they have worked to resolve them quickly. It's why we've stayed with them, they always come through.

Since the other company took over I am so disgusted. The online site has incorrect information and I have been with Skip’s for 30+ years! The clerk/receptionist is not friendly and treats you like you are not a valued customer. I liked Skip’s so much better before the new company moved in. I would have given the old Skip’s 5 stars but not the new bunch.

Always very knowledgeable, friendly, and fast service. If you are looking for a pharmacy do yourself a favor and go to Skips!

Without insurance for a month, they can sometimes match GoodRx's coupons and have comparable prices. My family has been going there for 30+ years and will continue to do so. Great staff, really personable and knowledgeable.
