My Walgreens experience was exceptional. I went by the drive UP window to pick up my prescription. I ask the attendant about vaccinations. No wait, no appointment needed.. I just went in and got vaccinated and was out with in 10 minutes. btw, I was treated as a valued customer. Thank you Walgreens 61st & Yale avenue, Tulsa,OK

Kristi behind the photo counter has the nastiest, attitude of a customer service worker I have ever dealt with. We printed photos at the photo counter and we saw her grab them, box them, and put them in the pick up drawer. When I approached the counter she told me I was in the way, to move, and to get out of line (in a nasty tone). I apologized and let others pass. Then her very kind coworker (didn’t get her name unfortunately) came over and asked what we were waiting on since Kristi was ignoring us and boxing a canvas. Kristi responded “i don’t know why they are there, i don’t know any names and they came early”, even though we were told to “get out of the way” and wasn’t asked for our name. Ryan went out of his way to find exactly what I needed for my 2 day old granddaughter. It gave me such comfort and peace of mind the way he stayed so calm when I couldn't stay focused.

My husband is in a walker and im 86. We arrived 3 minutes before their lunch time of 1:30. I was told we were too late to get our covid shot. Of course. I tried to convince her to please don't make us go and co.e back.

You get told 20 mins then oh oops we forgot your baby’s rx it’s gonna be another 20 mins!!! Absolutely AWFUL customer service!!! I only go to Walgreens as last resort and this is why!!!!!! Yall are awful
