When you have a specific day you need your med there has been many times I have talked to them the day before and they assure me I can pick up in the morning and when that times comes they are closed bc of no pharmacist that means I go without crucial medication. If they know they aren’t going to be open they need to let customers know so we can plan accordingly whether that is contacting doctor to get a day early! I understand there is one pharmacist on staff but it has been this way over a year now they need to hire another person. Their hours are so inconsistent and they close early without a notice of that as well. When choosing a pharmacy to work with there should be way better communication with their customers

Consistently submits a refill to the incorrect insurance even when I request in person. One employee at this location knows how to fix it. The rest either don’t want to work or have not been trained. Was told by the pharmacist it would be ready Thursday and here it is Friday. So far it has been put in 5 different statuses and every night around 7pm it shows out of stock or sorry we are running behind. I have gone into the store in the past and the employee is able to fill it and didn’t know why it wasn’t done. This location has started to randomly close for the day. If they don’t have enough pharmacists/employees for 3 locations maybe they should merge. Will be trying to find a way to speak with a district manager or corporate. Unfortunately if I go to another pharmacy I have to pay up fro

Pharmacy forgets to order medicine that is on auto , they are always closed . Several times I told them the price was wrong and they argued they put in the manufacturers code to adjust price. To change it, I have to go in the location and talk to a manger to make the adjustment. If they can not manage the Pharmacy they shut it down. Its shows they don't have enough pharmacies to support the store.

the pharmacy closes early a lot without providing notice, always call ahead of time and make sure they're open (don't believe the automated voice)

The pharmacy was eager to help me find the product my doctor recommended and she explained the difference to me. Also, she signed me up for the rewards program.
