Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy

This place is right off of New Ballas Rd. across from STL Fertility. I liked it because it's small and makes me believe they're able to focus on working with the medicine more than being inundated with customer walk ups. The staff was nice and very prompt with getting our medication. Keep in mind... they're a speciality pharmacy.

The cashier is very rude, she yells at customers. I won't be coming back here, and I don't recommend it to you either.

Pharmacy is so busy! If it’s after 5pm the drive thru is full if you go inside the line is long. If your shopping it’s hard to find what you are looking for because of the line of people in the isle. I feel bad for the pharmacy staff. They are so busy and they never seem to have break. I admire their dedication and professionalism. Also the parking has a terrible design. There are multiple entrances and exits with no clear traffic markings. Cars entering and exiting in all directions with no clear pedestrian walk way. The drive thru pharmacy exit has a blind turn that is impossible to see if a car is coming. Very dangerous and poor design.

Came here to get vaccine records from a flu shot that I got from another Walgreens in a different state and was very anxious that it wouldn’t be possible. I had already tried online myself and the system was down. The ladies up at the counter were so sweet and really took the time to make the right phone calls, access clearance, and made it happen! So thankful for how nice and helpful everyone was!
