Varble Orthodontics - Creve Coeur

Terrible service today. I took my son out of school to pick up his Invisalign. The tech had to ask someone else questions for every thing that happened. Clearly she had little or no effective training. After being there for some time, they came out and told me a third party provider must have mixed his scans up, which may or may not be true. Frankly, I don't believe it and I suspect there is some issue on Varble's end given how little experience they seemed to have. Regardless, he has to wait a month and likely sign out of school again. Of course, they were happy to take our deposit, though!

We’ve had a great experience with Varble Orthodontics- especially happy with their home scan option- it has significantly reduced the number of office visits we need, which has been incredibly convenient. The team is very accommodating, and Dr. Varble is always professional, thorough, and kind. I truly appreciate the high level of care and flexibility they provide. Highly recommend!

Regarding Phase 1. I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care and support I received from the entire team. From the very beginning, my experience has been nothing short of wonderful. The staff, along with Dr. Varble, took great care in addressing any concerns I had, and they were always patient and kind when answering my questions. I truly appreciate the dedication and professionalism that everyone demonstrated. I feel very fortunate to have my daughter in such capable hands. Thank you once again for everything.

Look at the response; they think a patients name is my google name... tell me you don't care without telling me.. took over a week to respond also. Very responsive office. I did contact them and told them I would leave a review like this. Some people just get handed business and don't care - do yourself a favor - find people that care. Here's my original review If you'd like to overpay for "Invisalign" and retainers - head here! They don't care much about actually helping people. Just making a fortune off your misfortune.

Dr. Varble and team did an amazing job. We first looked at them when a local company gave us a quote for braces. The local company was charging about 50% more. The other company also had some charging that wasn’t as clear. If you need any type of work done please don’t hesitant to use Varble. All I can say is Dr. Varble is someone you can trust and his pricing is reasonable. My daughter now has her braces off and we are extremely satisfied. Thank you Varble Team!!!
