Great office! I was referred to them by two of my patients. Dr. Birk is really nice and personable and everyone there makes you feel right at home. Their new office is beautiful. As a new patient they got a very good baseline of my dental health with several different x-rays and measurements which I appreciate! I brought my mother who is 93 to your office. She was very happy with the service and really liked Dr. Birk and the staff. The offices are clean and beautiful . However, it was upsetting to know that the primary reason why I brought her in for a broken clasp in her partial, was not something that you could do for her. So I called the referral, Dr. Matthes and they don’t accept Medicare and they don’t even fix broken clasps. They will only do a new partial.. Now we have to go back to the old dentist further away to get the clasp repaired and we’re back to square one. Had we been told in advance when I called and communicated online on the notes that she had a broken clasp that needed repair, that you would not be able to accommodate this need, we wouldn’t have to start over again.
