The 3 last times that I went through drive thru I waited more than 20 minutes, trapped in a long line. The employee at the window was having long conversations with people. It almost seems like they are shopping thru the window? Either way, this is problem with long waits...inside or outside. It's been going on since Covid at least. Outside should be a quick drop off or pickup, not a consultation. Inside they have definitely added more people, but still don't have enough actually serving the customers.

I had an exceptional experience at Walgreens thanks to Kayla, the shift lead. Her outstanding customer service went above and beyond my expectations. Kayla's dedication and helpfulness truly made my visit a five-star experience. I appreciate her commitment to ensuring customers feel valued and well-assisted. Kudos to Kayla!

If I could give a negative star I would but 1 is the lowest!!! Absolutely ridiculous and horrible!! This is my second chance with your pharmacy at Walgreens on towne lake parkway in Woodstock ga. I will never I repeat never go back there. The first time I waited 12 hours for amoxicillin and today my wife fell fractured her knee cap was in excruciating pain we went to your drive thru, I sat there for a few minutes then this blind headed lady walked over and said can I help you. I said we just came from urgent care and my wife needs this filled. The lady rudely barely let me finished before she said it’s going to be 3 days we are 2 days behind. I had a really bad experience at this pharmacy today. I drove up through the driveway window to pick up my prescription that my doctor had prescribed. And the rude woman told me that I could not have my medication because my insurance company wasn’t going to pay for it. Now I understand how some insurance company may or may not covered certain medications but I wasn’t even given an option to purchase out of pocket or an alternative generic brand instead. She just told me even though my doctor authorized it she refused to give it to me. When I spoke to the manager that was on duty he just replied it was just a misunderstanding because I wasn’t feeling well. I came here for a covid/flu test today. Then picked up a Gatorade on my way out because I am sick and trying to hydraye. It was sealed and on the shelf, I just grabbed it and checked out. I take a big swig in my car and also spit it out, it tastes metallic and disgusting. That's when I look at the bottle closely and notice large amounts of some black stuf floating around throughout the bottle. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I will NOT be using this location anymore or giving them any business.
