Walgreens Pharmacy

Have been going to different Walgreens for many many years and this is the second time I was extremely disappointed with the pharmacy itself. For the most part everyone working in the pharmacy was very helpful, pleasant and attentive, except for one employee. I really wish I would have written her name down so I wouldn't forget. She was very rude and not attentive at all. At first I thought it was just me but while waiting and watching she was like that with absolutely everyone. Every single other employee working in the pharmacy were great. I just do not understand why some people even go out in society with a bad attitude against the whole world. So this Walgreens is in dire need of cleaning. Floors are dirty, and the smell of the store. Does not have the cleanliness of most pharmacies stores. People smoking in the restrooms. It is pretty bad. I ask for corporate Walgreens HQ to take a look before they clean.

Always going to pick up prescriptions for family members. Even with both drive thru lines open it takes forever. Same if you go inside.

My only issue is Walgreens doesn't carry cheaper generic Suboxone/Subutex medications. I used to get Hikma 70 white tablets for $50 and now they only have Actavia 70 orange tablets for $150-$900+. The Actavia brand has horrible side effects and cost a lot more! I have been on them for over a year now and the side effects have only gotten worse. It's so expensive I can barely afford to go to the doctor and get my meds filled. And of course it's not the pharmacy staffs fault. They can only fill what the manufacturer sends to them. Why is there a shortage and why is it so hard to get prescriptions filled in NC? Otherwise the store is great! It's clean, staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.
