The staff are very professional and competent. The practitioner was clear in his explanation of the procedure and acknowledged my apprehension. The care team was accommodating and coordinated. My experience was very positive, especially since I have never enjoyed the thought of going to the dentist.

I was a little nervous since I had never been under anesthesia before, but Dr. Booth and his team made sure everything went smoothly. As a type 1 diabetic, I really appreciated that he scheduled my surgery early in the morning so I wouldn’t have to fast for too long. I had all four wisdom teeth removed and have experienced very little pain afterward. Thank you to Dr. Booth and the staff at Carolinas Oral & Facial Surgery for making the process so easy and comfortable!

The staff was very nice and helpful. The only problem I have is I have had quite a few teeth removed before and it has never been like this. I can tolerate pain but this was horrible. My mouth was twisted and pulled in every position possible and was so painful. I am so glad that I never have to go through this again. I’m sorry but it seems that if you are going to put someone through this pain you would have suggested sedation . I would never recommend this treatment to anyone

Dr Booth and the rest of staff are absolutely awesome! I recommend them to people every chance I get. Dr. Booth removed 3 of my wisdom teeth and even though I have “hamster jaws” (according to my sister), he removed them with no post surgical pain to me. As a matter of fact, if I didn’t see the packing that had to be changed, I wouldn’t believe he had removed my teeth. Still no problems months later.

I chose this place because of the favorable reviews and they did not disappoint. The staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Booth was great. Gave me all the information I needed to know about the wisdom tooth extraction to make he feel very comfortable. Bonus; I got a followup call the next day to see how I was doing. Who does that anymore? Well, this place does!!
