Atlantic Dermatology - Whiteville

There are not enough words I could use to describe what a breath of fresh air my experience was!!!! I had a horrible experience at a different Whiteville medical office the day before and really felt the overall attitude in Whiteville was "we dont think you matter or your time is not valued". I thought this office would be the same!! I am so very glad this office values patients time and treats patients with dignity and tespect!!! I am 100% pleased with professionalism of the staff!!! Oustanding patient service!!!

I want to compliment Dr Bermudez on all his professionalism, kindness, caring and most of all his skills as a doctor. I have never had a doctor that was so good at what he did and how he treated me for my wound. I was so blessed having him as my doctor and the staff that is at the Whiteville, NC office as I do the Wilmington North Carolina office or initially had my surgery with Dr Bermudez who also sees patients at the Whiteville North Carolina office for MoH's surgery. I saw Sydney and she was phenomenal! She listened to my concerns, made a recommendation and explained everything before, during, and after the procedure. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.

They are wonderful people, very pleasant and welcoming. They are always smiling and seem genuinely concerned about my well-being. They went above and beyond to ensure I received the proper medication and that I could afford it. Their level of care and compassion truly exceeded my expectations.
