Walgreens Pharmacy

We have never had issues with this Walgreens. Yes, there is often a wait time for vaccine appts, but that's because the staff is very busy filling prescriptions. Can't fault folks for working hard. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful and the drive thru window is extremely convenient.

Incredibly disorganized pharmacy that doesn’t know how to run an out-of-pocket/out-of-network charge for a simple covid vaccine. They claimed it was “illegal” to let me pay out of pocket, which is simply and very obviously untrue (and I did go and verify this afterwards). On top of that, they were checking people in for vaccine appointments without regard to appointment time, having people fill out paperwork that was already filled out online, and it was just generally a disorganized mess. I’ve been vaccinated by other pharmacies before, and I’ve never encountered so much nonsense.

I don’t know we keep giving this Pharmacy another chance, perhaps because we live so close. Repeatedly has proven to be terrible. Today, they made us wait 60 minutes simply to tell us that they didn’t have our son’s inhaler in stock.

Friendly people.

It was an experience that's for sure. When I pulled up to the pharmacy window, the pharmacist was on the phone. The pharmacist was on the phone to the speaker outside so I could let them know why I was there. It'll do.
