Poor customer service skills at the pharmacy. I had to make 4 trips in one month because automated system is flawed, and the pharmacist/tech are passive aggressive. I will be calling a regional manager. Also, if they don't understand why a doctor doses the med, they should ask doctor-not harass the customer.

Friendly, professional and they readily address your concerns

Annoyed by the way they can literally change the rules month to month. First of all when you fill a prescription and go back for refill the next month it should be 30 days from then. Counting the day you fill them because obviously you start taking that day. So when you question them about it and they first act like you're wrong and get snippy with you. Acting like you are trying to score some pills. I could see I'd it were several days or weeks before. When it's day 29 though and they won't fill until day 31 that's an issue in my book. Now my boyfriend had to fo an entire day without his meds because some rude person named aaron. Not to mention that he has insurance via. They still charge my card every time we pick up his prescription.

This week I had a bad experience with a particular employee at this pharmacy: she was not only rude but also careless which resulted in some adverse health consequences for me. Will never go there again.

Accurate and fast. Could have a wider selection of OTC products. No problems there except a wider selection of products. Generics should have a far lower price.
