Customer Reviews
I want to give a shoutout to the pharmacist, Pam. She is a quick-thinking problem-solver and our community is blessed to have her. Most of her team is great and helpful - especially Patti and Linda. Their jobs can’t be easy but they are helpful and good at what they do.
A few years ago Kroger went through a period of time where staffing was tight (as it was across the economy) but things are much better now. Pharmacy easy to work with. Grocery pick up services are helpful and convenient.
I went today with my son and the service was terrible; there was no first-class customer service. It was the worst service I've ever experienced.Employees like that shouldn't be kept on; they provide service without enthusiasm and in a rude manner. Send them home.
My son was seen at the little clinic next to this pharmacy and tested positive for strep throat. For convenience, I had my husband fill the Amoxicillin at this pharmacy so he didn’t have to go to two different places with a sick kid. They filled his script and on day 8 of 10, the bottle ran out. I called the pharmacy and spoke to Pam, the pharmacist, who first asked “well, is he feeling okay?” Wrong answer Pam. You ALWAYS finish an antibiotic course for antibiotic stewardship and to avoid drug resistance. The FNP in the clinic was in agreement with me and said that they will fill more to finish out the 5 doses and it would be no charge. Of course I get there and there’s a charge. The initial technician, Lindsey, was one of the rudest people I ever met and then Pam, the pharmacist, followed
Kroger Pharmacists are usually very respectful of customers time. I stopped by to pick up my prescription today and there were two pharmacist. One of the pharmacist (an older lady) was facing my direction but stood there talking to the other pharmacist while I was waiting and looking directly in her face. Just awful… customer service is important. My ask is, please respect my time and not ignore me while I am waiting.
