Walgreens Pharmacy

I have ordered Photos at this location for multiple years. I wanted to return / Exchange an 8x10 photo with poor resolution. Julio was not very helpful. I brought the packet I received the photo in with the receipt that is glued to the packet. Julio said I need an original receipt and there was nothing he could do. So I walked out. He didn't even attempt to help. I found the order on my online account and was frustrated with Julios lack of service. So I went back inside and he said I have a bad attitude and threw the photo on the counter and said I could leave. He wouldn't give me the store mangers name so I asked to employee at the front register and he said it was Ernest. Either way, I'll admit I wasn't happy with Julios lack of customer service.

One star is too generous for Walgreens Pharmacy at 10420 FOREST HILL BLVD in Wellington, FL. My experience with this pharmacy was an absolute nightmare. The staff, especially pharmacy technician Ann and pharmacist Mark, were incredibly rude and disrespectful. Their communication with patients is beyond horrible and unprofessional. To make matters worse, this store frequently suffers from stock outs of essential medications. It's unacceptable for a pharmacy to consistently fail to have basic medications in stock. When I decided to transfer my prescription to CVS, the difference was like night and day. At CVS, I received respectful treatment and professionalism that was sorely lacking at Walgreens. However, Walgreens didn't make the transition easy for me. They outright denied my transfer

Avoid this Walgreens! You can't get thru to any phone # to ANY department, not the pharmacy not even the manager. Every # I called & every prompt I chose just disconnects without anyone answering! The automated system says to put in my phone # to check status & then says they can't identify me that way. Everyone has these AI systems instead of live people to SPEAK to.VERY annoying when your trying to ask the pharmacy if my medication is ready that Dr sent over ELECTRONICALLY. . They're lucky I can't go in person to give them hell due to I'm in pain in bed! WORST Walgreens EVER! I should've used Walmart like I always do!

I went here to get the flu shot and I can say the service is good. However the waiting time was around 30 mins to get the actual shot. It looks that the pharmacy is understaffed, too many people inside and at the auto drive.

Everyone is lovely and proactive here! I have never had a bad experience, and highly recommend this pharmacy and its friendly team!
