Walgreens Pharmacy

Terribly, unacceptably rude pharmacy tech tonight. Poor communication skills in general and no compassion. Do not recommend. I'll be switching to another pharmacy.

As someone else commented on their review there are always backed up and always busy. I have been getting tablets here on a regular basis for 7 years and the service and care has declined dramatically over the last 2 years. I am Epileptic and I need my daily medication, they have left me in a bad situation and never even contacted me. Time to go somewhere else.

This is the WORST customer service ever, they do not care about the customers needs one bit! They have messed up my order so many times, I am done with this pharmacy! Something needs to be done in the management here, ridiculous and so unprofessional. I do not even want to give them a 1 star! Losing lots of customers!

If I could give 0 stars I would! The woman on the phone was absolutely TERRIBLE! I had one question and she continued to talk over me get loud and not answer my question. They obviously need a lesson in customer service at this location. I would 100% NOT recommend.

The prescriptions are never ready. I was told to call ahead of time and they would have prescriptions ready. When I do this they tell me they do not get the message. My time is valuable. I will no longer be using Walgreens pharmacies.
