Midwest Dental - Waunakee

I had to change Dentist due to my insurance. I called Midwest and the receptionist was so friendly and helpful. My father (passed in 1993) was a very respected and excellent Dentist, so I do expect a lot from my Dental Clinic. My actual appointment with the Hygienist was wonderful. She was very friendly, explained everything in detail and really cared. The Dentist was also amazing and so welcoming. She was very detailed about what she felt needed to be addressed and what was a priority. I felt very comfortable and confident. Midwest Waunakee made the transition very easy. Thank you.

Used to be great, now it's not. Been going here for around ten years, and when I first started going it was the best Dental service I'd ever had, but it's slowly turned into one of the worst. Twice now I've tried to make an appointment with Dr. Ramirez as he was my favorite dentist ever, and both times they scheduled me with someone else without telling me. Turns out, Dr. Ramirez hasn't worked there for years and rather than just tell me that, they just quietly scheduled me with some random physician. When I complained, the receptionist just said "our mistake, won't happen again" as if they're trying to hide the fact that a Dentist doesn't work there any more just to maintain customers. Dr. Ama Boateng is who I was scheduled with the last two times and my experience with her was terrible

Never again. Walk in and have 2 unfriendly receptionists with their hideous nose piercings talk down to you. Then the hygienist that can’t manage to cray your teeth without taking 40 pics and appoligizong how bad it their system works. Next they upsell you on costmetic add ons that insurance won’t cover. Walk out with a mouth that hurts when you came in pain free. Never again!

My experience was really good especially with the hygienest.Very nice and friendly. Seems like thereis always a big turnover out there. Never the same people working there. But she hope she stays. Don't remember her name..

The dental hygienists are always wonderful. However I have a new dentist every other time I come for a teeth cleaning. Haven’t gotten to know one well enough to give a review on an actual dentist here since Dr. Maggio.
