Integrative Sport and Physiotherapy

I have belonged to a lot of gyms and this one is by far my favorite. Tony seems to know all of the members and that’s not something you get at a big box gym. The gym is always clean, the equipment is well taken care of, and the other members are kind and courteous. 24 hour access is a major plus!

I love this gym! I appreciate being able to work out anytime of day, even late at night, and always feel safe whenever I am there. It's spacious enough that even with a lot of people working out it doesn't feel crowded, and I never have to wait to use equipment. I also love hitting the sauna afterwards! Great place!

I really like this fitness center. The selection of fitness centers in this area is limited at best. ISP is a fantastic choice as they offer 24 hr access, they have a very clean and well maintained facility, the clientele is friendly and I don't feel intimidated working out here and the owner is extremely friendly. I highly recommend this gym.

This is a great gym for people looking for a comfortable environment with all the equipment needed to stay in shape. There is cardio, free weights, machine weights, and an open area with functional training equipment. As a member for more than a decade I can't imagine working out somewhere else.

Awesome gym. Very clean and has great equipment. Super helpful staff that go out of their way to help their members, definitely recommend!
