Walgreens Pharmacy

I'm am so fed up with problems at this pharmacy (for over 2 years). There are other locations in the area that are not this bad. In general, I've had to move everything I can away from Walgreens after 25 years with them bc of continued problems, lack of communicating, supply shortages without notification, long fulfillment times (even when it's in stock). I understand shortage issues are not their problem but when dealing with a shortage issue today, the final straw that made me write this was the rude attitude of the person who answered the phone. Other locations offer more information or suggestions to help. This person basically just said no and had no sympathy for the continued problem that I'm forced to face on a constant basis. Made an appointment for a flu vaccine. Read all the paperwork and filled out all the forms. Waited twenty minutes to be told you have to go elsewhere as your insurance won't cover this. According to their website, my insurance would cover it. I'm pretty frustrated. I don't fault the clerk. But I do fault whoever adds this information to their website and marketing materials.

A patiently waited for my prescription until the pharmacist started helping a customer with GoodRx. The tech told me that it would be just a little longer. 45 minutes and I was still waiting. Then apparently the prescription was ready and no one told me.

If I could rated zero Stars I would. I will do my best to never have to go through this pharmacy again in my entire life can you give me the run around for days over $60 that they were supposed to refund to me I spent $35 minutes on the phone with them trying to tell them that they never told me a time frame on the refund and finally got so upset I had to hang up because I had to go to work they call my daughter back and told me to come on in with my receipt and they would gladly give me my money I did that because he came in on my next day off which was the day after and got the complete run around again the same speel that I already spent 35 minutes on the phone with them about regarding whether it was an insurance matter now or if they could refund it. I love this store. The pharmacy is so helpful. I wouldn't want to ever change pharmacies. Thank you
