I have been wearing hearing aides for 30 years. Having advancement hearing aides address my current pair of hearing aides was one of the best experiences I have had going to the audiologist. I highly recommend seeing them for any new or existing hearing aide concerns.

Assistant Wendy at Advanced Hearing Aids scheduled me effortlessly, and the appointment went very smoothly. I completed a long overdue hearing test. Kyle was thorough and easy to understand in explaining how my hearing had changed within the last 15 years but not enough that I needed hearing aids (yet). He kept my test for future reference. I had also requested some professional ear plugs for the great, but loud, concerts I attend! Kyle had an array of quality models, and after explaining what each type did, I was able to choose the perfect (red) ones. Thank you for your expertise and friendly care, Advanced Hearing Aids!!

I found myself on vacation in SW WA without a working charger for my hearing aids. Wendy and Kyle were totally professional, understood my personal frustration and allowed me to come into the office to use their demo equipment to charge my aids and give me relief after being without them for three long (silent!) days. I would heartily recommend this clinic to anyone experiencing hearing loss as their professionalism and quality products are exemplary. Superb service from Dr. Kyle Koch and Wendy. Strongly recommend Advanced Hearing Aids as the place to go for professional care. I am very happy with my in-ear hearing aids. They have changed my life after two poor experiences elsewhere with over-the-ear aids. Dr. Koch explained the process very clearly at each stage, his assessment was excellent, and he answered all of my many questions.

After years of suffering from hearing loss and Tinnitus my wife scheduled me to go see Kyle. He gets an A for teaching me what was happening with both concerns. I test drove some hearing aids and was surprised by the results in hearing the world around me better. Not just louder for me but clearer. He did an amazing job at answering questions, explaining what the hearing aids could do and a great demonstration of how to make use of them.
