A great experience from the start to finish. Friendly staff, professional, and attention to details. I felt well taken care of, high skill level and clean inside/modern design of office. Everyone was kind, the doctor and dental hygienist were very knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor. My wife and I enjoyed working with Lexie. This was my first visit to Austin Family Dentistry. I came away thoroughly impressed and a happy customer. Check-in was great. My Dental Hygienist was a 10 out of 10. *** HEAD STRAIGHT TO DR AUSTIN'S OFFICE NOW!!! *** I had oral surgery performed recently by my home town dentist in Spokane, WA. While in Camas on business shortly after the procedure, I came down with a serious sinus infection as a complication. Not able to see my home town dentist, I called Dr Austin's office having heard great things about them. Well, what I heard was all true! Ana, his office manager, made an appointment to come in right away and Dr Austin took 2 and 1/2 hours examining, diagnosing and doing complete x-rays. He even conferred with an oral surgeon telephonically while I was there and I wasn't even a patient of his before then! It’s a friendly and easy place to find, there’s no waiting and they always try to accommodate your needs. I have TMJ and I’ve always had to remind the dentists about it. I was so impressed when the dental hygienist ask me which size wedge I wanted and then made a suggestion. As I said they always try to be accommodating! I will stay with them as long as I live in this area!
