Walgreens Pharmacy

Some of the pharmacy staff do not acknowledge you when you are standing there. They also do not say "thank you" , especially the black lady with the long braids down to the middle of her back. I'm not talking about the pharmacist with the braids, I'm talking about the employee that comes to the counter, a pharmacy tech. There is a white lady in the pharmacy there, who gives EXCELLENT service. She's blond and might be white or Latina. I think she's a manager or a lead person because I heard her talking to someone else about their schedule. She is a great employee and great representation of Walgreens. Kudos to her. I will get her name and update this review.

Every single Walgreens I have ever stepped foot in is the worst. This location specifically has the worst customer service everrrrr. Literally a complete waste of time trying to call about prescriptions or anything. They never pick up the phone and when they do, you’re on hold for 20 minutes and then get hung up on OR they transfer you around and still, no one can help?!!! Complete waste of time. No one seems to understand what their role is when working in a PHARMACY. Drive thru line for medication pickup is always packed at all hours of the day. Everyone who works here is genuinely slow and incompetent. Do better 👎🏼

Just go to CVS…. Every Walgreens pharmacy is a joke…

The staff is rude, they have one tech that laughs inappropriately. I switched my insurance to a different co, and when she saw what my co pay was ($500) she started laughing. How is it funny that someone's medication is costly? If Walgreens is out of stock on a medication, you have to keep calling to see if it's back in stock, they won't automatically fill the prescription when the medication comes in. They are horrible at this particular location....
