We had an excellent experience at Crystal Pediatric Smile with Dr. Romero and the entire team. They were extremely professional, patient, and clear in explaining every procedure performed on my children. Dr. Romero made sure my kids felt comfortable throughout the visit. Ludwig was also incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, he clearly explained how our insurance worked and gave us a precise breakdown of all the procedures. Highly recommended for any parent looking for top quality pediatric dental care!

I am so grateful for this place. The doctor and her team were amazing. She helped me very last minute. I called at 6 PM on a Friday night and by 7:15 PM, My son was already being seen due to pain that he was having on his tooth, I had never been here before so I was not a patient and they took me in regardless and helped my son. This will become of my son's new dentist. The place was also very cute and clean

We had our first visit with Dr. Romero, and I couldn’t be more impressed. She was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped put both me my husband and my daughter at ease. She was so patient and gentle, making sure my daughter felt comfortable every step of the way—you can really tell she cares about her patients. The office was also very clean, bright, and welcoming. It was super kid-friendly, with crayons, coloring pages, and fun videos playing in the waiting area, which made the whole experience even better. I’m so glad we found her—highly recommend!

Dr. Romero truly saved our family vacation when our 8-year-old son developed a severe tooth infection. Despite the late hour, Dr. Romero kindly accepted us at 8:30 pm and performed a tooth extraction. Thanks to his skill and compassion, our son was relieved of pain, and we were able to enjoy the rest of our trip. We are deeply grateful to Dr. Romero and his team for their professionalism, care, and dedication.
