Coming from Jamaica, I never had good experiences with male dentists, so I was very nervous going in. Visiting Dr. Albert completely changed my perspective. From the moment I walked in, he treated me like family and made me feel comfortable and respected. He took the time to carefully explain everything he was doing, which really helped ease my anxiety, especially when it came to having to get work done. His patience, kindness, and professionalism truly stand out. I’m very grateful for the care I received and highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a dentist who genuinely cares about their patients.

I love this place! There is a wonderful happy energy while you're there, it's clean and the work is impeccable. No matter what providers have been there I have and will always continue to go back because of Juliann. She is AMAZING! She ALWAYS takes care of me and all of the patients and I trust her. That's important to me especially while working out finances and having confidence in my treatment. Dr Albert is a serious bonus! He's professional, fun, efficient and always makes me feel comfortable. I love his work and couldn't be happier with my smile. Hi, my name is Stsnley. Throughout my lifetime I have been to many dentists and doctors. Smiles by Dr. Albert is by far the VERY BEST dental office that I gave ever been to. Juliann is the Swiss Army Knife of staff members and I know because I have a Swiss Army knife on my keychain! Upon contacting Smiles by Dr. Albert the first time Juliann stayed on the phone with me for approximately 40 minutes after their office closed. Juliann is a master at scheduling appointments. I am fortunate enough to have multiple dental and health insurance plans. Juliann is also a master of dealing with various insurance plans and making sure that we take advantage of all of the annual benefits.
