Walgreens Pharmacy

Called in my prescription 2 weeks ago and I am just getting it today!! So I missed last weeks dosing. And have to start all over again. I tried to ask the pharmacist why they where always out? And she got real rude about it and told me I could move my prescription if I didn't like it.So that is exactly what I did yesterday. My regular pharmacist at Sylacauga pharmacist Never treats me like they have.Don't go to Walgreens, if you have to go to Walmart they are not much better but sometimes because of the middle man you can't go to the small pharmacist, that's what I had to do ?But my regular pharmacist said I could move it back to her a few months ago!!

This is the worst pharmacy in the city. I've tried to get my medicine a few months ago, and had nothing but problems. I tried getting my medicine yesterday. They first said my insurance was down, so I called my insurance, and my insurance said that's not true that it's walgreens systems down. Called this morning they said still down, yet there feeling others, I then get a message saying it's ready, so I call to be sure and ask if it's ready they said yes, I said okay I'm on The way. Get there, the manager and girl at the window is nothing but rude and dishonest, if that's her best customer service, she should be fired. If your smart, you'll stay away from this ridiculous place. I wish these local pharmacy's thats mom and pop would conquer all the business so places that's trash like this p

Always helpful and prompt. If I try using any other pharmacy I get dram...not w Walgreens!! I trust this pharmacy.

Went to pick up prescriptions she said it would be an hour because she was by herself.I told her I didn’t live in town and ask her what time she closed.She said 6:00.I said ok I’ll come back.As soon as we got a text we went to pick them up and she had closed 10 minutes before we got there at 4:50.This is poor customer service.She should have filled it while I was there.Wasted a 20 mile trip back for nothing.What a joke.
