Dr. Khadir is the best doctor I have seen. He takes his time with me and talks me through everything. He listens to me and does not force me to take medication. I love my doctor and my nurse Amy. They are kind to their patients.

Registration is very efficient; Samantha is kind taking my vitals; Brea, Dr Bowen's nurse is very caring and Dr Stephen Bowen was knowledgeable, very through and shows real concern. Everyone seemed to be exceptional individuals.

I called in Tuesday to schedule an appointment and a girl named Jonie assisted me, she was extremely rude!! I have bad hearing problems and had to ask her to repeat a lot of things. She got agitated and cussed me, told me not to call back and hung up on me!!!! Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional!!!!!!!🤬🤬🤬

Took my mom to see Dr. Laura....Front desk staff was friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. We sat in sub waiting for almost 2 hours before being moved to a room. Once there the wait wasn't that bad before Dr. Laura came in to see her. She was attentive and answered every question and concern that we had. She sat down and looked my mom in her face before beginning her evaluation; she didn't rush off but took her time. We then went to the lab and were in and out from that point. Charity is great as well; they promptly call and answer any questions you have. The only reason they get this rating was the super long wait time with no explanation; otherwise they would have gotten a 5.

Would rate less than 1 star if I could. Know that if you get sent here for a disability determination that you should NOT expect a fair or knowledgeable report to be filed about you. A family member who has not been able to work for two years due to debilitating back and leg issues was sent here for a physical consult as part of the disability determination process. After waiting almost an hour past our appointment time, Dr. Laura G. Deichmann finally saw us. Her exam was MINIMAL to say the least. It consisted of a short conversation where Dr. Deichmann inquired about past surgeries, followed by a brief physical test, most of which my family member could not do.
