They have always provided awesome care for me and my family.

Very rude. Not helpful at all. I’m out of town 2 hours from my house. And my doctor cannot see me, and they’re refusing to see me. I’m pregnant and throwing up blood and they said they couldn’t do anything, not even see me even though I’ve been living up here for 4 months. I hope this whole facility burns. Do not go here as my sister delivered her baby and they left medical equipment in her body and instead of tying her tubes they just clamped them off and one of the clamps came off and she almost went septic. This place should be shut down.

The doctors seem knowledgeable and the nurses are friendly. Although, at times they (the nurses) seem a little scattered. The wait times are too long for OB visits. Even if you have an appointment, you may end up waiting for 30 minutes or longer. I do however like the fact that when go to have a baby, the doctors deliver at Coosa Valey Medical Center and the labor and delivery unit there is superb!

The doctor ia great and the mrs sue. Let me tell you tbe staff sucks. Dont ever try to get any of your medical history or operatives report from surgery because CANDY wont return your calls .I was out on hold 3 x at 15 minutes each tim. I understand SYLACAUGA is small but the people in the front are rude and they never return your calls.

Dr. Swearingen has been my dr. for 16 years and he is a wonderful dr. Mrs Candice and Mrs. Dawn they are nice and I really love haveing them for my family dr. I think God for them
