Walgreens Pharmacy

Absolutely horrible. They were yelling at us on the phone and kept interrupting when trying to explain details of prescriptions. I had to tell her to stop talking to me the way she was. Her name was Gabbie or Kathy, VERY VERY RUDE. I do not know how she is a manager......

I was a loyal Walgreens customer for years, but unfortunately, my experience with their staff left me feeling drained and disrespected. The lack of empathy and compassion I encountered was heartbreaking — I was even brought to tears more than once. I finally realized I didn’t have to keep putting up with this and switched pharmacies, and what a difference! If you’re considering using this location, I strongly suggest steering clear of staff like Fera and Cathey, who made my experience even more difficult. Patients deserve kindness and understanding, not coldness and disregard. I wish I had left sooner.

Prescriptions seldom ready in a timely manner, and there is no communication of this until arriving to pick it up. After waiting 10 minutes in thru drive line, I get to the front and cashier tells me that she cannot help me because I am in danger because I am riding a motor scooter. She says old people will not stop and will rear end me in the line. There are two cars behind me stopped and patiently waiting, but she refuses to serve me and sends me inside. For my safety. Where I wait another 10 minutes for them to serve the one person in front of me.

I love Walgreens. This is the first time I have experienced a rude pharmacy technician. Oh well we all have bad days

This specific Walgreen's was very good. Bright store, clean, and the pharmacist on staff was wonderful. She filled out a scripts and help me find some over the counter alternatives for scripts I had that insurance did not cover. Really, really appreciated her help, smile, and great attitude.
