Total Shoulder Replacement - this was my second total shoulder replacement, both shoulders are now done. I was referred to Tiffany by my in home physiotherapist Victor, he highly recommended her. I cannot say enough about how amazing she was, from the first consultation it was night and day from the first shoulder rehab ( different physiotherapy company ) Tiffany is worth every penny and then some. I had physiotherapy weekly and sometimes twice a week. Every session was a different exercise and not a repeat of the previous session like other rehab facilities I’ve been too. I was extremely diligent in my exercises she gave me for home. I was able to resume my 5 days a week at the gym in about 4 months, and at 5 months I had no limitations. Tiffany is an excellent physical therapist! I was so thrilled to find her in the Stuart area. She really knows her stuff and was great at answering all my questions and always addressing any concerns I had. Tiffany also made sure to give me home exercises to do in addition to her sessions. She personally handles all of the physical therapy, dry needling, and treatment herself, which makes such a difference because you get truly consistent, hands-on care from someone who deeply understands your case. Tiffany performed 7 Dry Needling treatments to my leg for an injured TFL and IT Band. After the second treatment, I was able to walk without the excruciating pain I had been experiencing. Tiffany was very professional and pleasant during my visits. She was able to get me in within 4 days, where another PT office could not get me in for 9 days.
