There are so many choices when it comes to Hearing Aids, that it is extremely easy to feel a bit lost and frustrated. I did a lot of research and after 2 years decided that: a) I did not want to deal with a "Big Box" vendor. And, b) I wanted the absolute latest technology. The Hear Care Center delivered on both accounts. This is a small, well run, privately owned practice. (So, no corporate incentives or personnel turn-over issues to deal with.) Oticon, a leading world manufacturer, has recently introduced their new "Zeal" inner ear model and I was pleasantly surprised that this small family run practice actually had them in stock. I visited the Hear Care Center today and had an excellent experience. Right from the beginning with the friendly receptionist who welcomed me and then I met with Jami the Audiologist who was super professional and quickly resolved my problem. I will be a client for life and highly recommend them.

I had a clogged ear due to excessive ear wax build up. After 4 days of frustration due to not hearing well and a “ringing” sensation in my ear I knew I couldn’t just wait for it to go away on its own. I looked into ENTs in the area but most charged anywhere from $250 to $500 and they were booked out for several days (in some cases over a month!). When I tried the urgent care they said it would be $395! I came across The Hear Care Center on Google and decided to give them a call. Louise, the receptionist was so sweet and absolutely fantastic. She found a way to accommodate me on very short notice. Upon arriving, Dr. Walter Jenkins was able to see me and within 15 minutes I was out the door with 2 unclogged ears and my full hearing back! This was my first visit to the Hear Care Center and the overall experience was excellent. My initial contact was with Lois who was welcoming, helpful and made me feel like I had been a long time customer. Jami was the Audiologist who assisted me. She took the time to listen to my hearing concerns and in the end made several adjustments to my hearing aides that have really addressed the problems I was having. I highly recommend The Hear Care Center for all your hearing concerns. I will definitely be using them for all my hearing issues going forward.

I brought my mom in who had been having endless problems with her hearing aids. Not only were the staff friendly and welcoming, they managed to find the root of the problem. Walter took the time to check if the hearing aids were still under warranty (which they were), so as not to incur extra unnecessary costs. I would highly recommend The Hear Care Center.
