Pharm tech asked me why I was being “snotty” after she told me my prescription was ready 5 hours ago and when I got there it was not. She was really mean and she mad had terrible customer service, her name was Sam and she shouldn’t be with customers again.
Great when they're open. Repeatedly running into issues of pickup availability due to "lack of staffing" or no pharmacist. Random days of closures. Now hours are severely restricted which is terrible for those who work longer shifts.
Had a medication for my dog. Was hard to find. They had it.
My prescription was sent electronically yesterday 30 minutes before I got there. When I arrived they said they need twenty minutes, I only live a couple minutes away so I said I’ll come back tomorrow. Came back today and they said they need twenty minutes to do it….absolutely terrible.
Hours can be limiting but service has always been good.
