I saw a new primary care physician who will in no doubt be the best. I was greeted with kindness on each floor, room, hallway, enter and exit I passed. The building was warm and inviting, with holiday decorations that made me feel more at ease since sometimes going to the doctors can me nerve racking.

I saw Dr. Mann, she is wonderfully laid back. She takes her time and actually listens to what I have to say. She answers every question I ask. I feel heard. Imagine having a doctor treat you like a person, not a number to be rushed out the door. The staff is pleasant, sweet, and very kind.

INSIDE this facility is Quest Diagnostics. It is very simple to get lab tests done. 1. your doctor places an order. 2. you talk to a kiosk that WORKS GREAT! Yes! A rare event. An interactive screen that does its job. Then the person runs your test. The End. It seems a bit cold that you talk to a kiosk instead of a human. But for once it is super easy. And the human does show up to run your test.

I had an Uro-gynecology appointment for 11:15 AM and was still sitting in the waiting room at 11:50 AM. I waited four months for an appointment only to be sitting in the waiting room because the office is poorly managed and they just skipped right over me which also made me late for work. I have a concerning medical issue that needs attention and I have to wait another 4 1/2 months to be seen. Very disrespectful to leave a patient sitting in a waiting room with no available people to speak to should an issue like this arise. The only desk that was available in the upstairs area only schedules behavioral health and are useless to people there for other specialties. Total waste of time because I didn’t see any medical professional at all today. I just sat there in the waiting room wasting m

Dr. Mann has a warm personality and very attentive. I am very happy she is my new PCP. The Medical Center has a lot of departments to take care of a variety of people. The building and parking lot are very easy to access.
