Trust and Heal Pharmacy

Extremely disappointed in this pharmacy. I’ve had multiple bad experiences since my doctor sent my prescription here to be delivered out. It’s never on time, you’re also given no tracking number to see where it is. When you are due, they run your card on their own and just take the money without even having permission. I’ve had stuff refilled and they’ve told me one date and then I’ve called to be told another date ( guaranteed) and then it’s listed in nimble as delivered and never is. I don’t know what’s going on here but my doctor is getting annoyed also. It’s messing up my treatment.

I’m the Activity Director for a Senior Apartment complex, and we had these guys do a series of clinics for our residents. They were fantastic! Our senior residents loved them. We will definitely have them back next year!

put Rx order in on 1/15/2025 with a bit of a mix up and spoke with pharmacist on 1/22/2025 and it is now 1/29/2025 and still have not received my injection. This is very long to wait for a prescription. This is my first encounter with this pharmacy and not very happy at this point. Hopefully things will get better. Order arrived on 1/30/2025 however I believe a lot of the problem was due to the postal delivery and not the pharmacy. THe pharmacist has tried to help it many ways. She did her best.

I found this little pharmacy when my previous pharmacy stopped allowing me to request a specific manufacturer for my generic medication. I am really impressed by the professionalism at Trust and Heal Pharmacy. They helped to transfer my script quickly and they filled it the same day. They made sure I did not over pay for my medication and also made suggestions for other services offered there such as vaccination and nurse visits. I was touched that Jay knew my name when I came in. Thank you for giving patients the right to choose what medication they put into their bodies. I am happy I came here.
