Walgreens Pharmacy

Been going here for a few years. I call to refill and come in hours after the automated phone system tells me to. I still need to wait 20+ minutes EVERY TIME! Tonight was a special treat. I was told I needed to wait 20 minutes while they fill it. After watching a few people pick up and go, I asked about 35 minutes later: 'um it's not filled up yet, it'll be 5 minutes'.

Finally switched to a different pharmacy. Long waits and regularly had issues trying to get refills. When I first started going here a couple years ago it was pretty bad but tolerable since I only pick up every few months, but it's been a downhill slide from a bad starting point.

I have had multiple issues with this pharmacy. From not being able to find information, too pill count denials and rude customer service or very weird service. I’m done with this place. And wait time suck. They always call and tell you that your meds are ready and they never are. One time they even “ don’t have them “ . Go somewhere else. Have the headache.

Lately I have had less issues with this pharmacy. The lines are still long because they get so busy after 4pm, but they keep it flowing a decent amount. They have been more friendly recently too.

This pharmacy is one of a kind in the worst way. It sucks. Think of any possible issue you could have in simply picking up your meds and it will happen here.
