I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Chris Wardwell Bodywork, my experience with Chris Wardwell began in December 2023. I had tried numerous different treatments for several health issues I was dealing with; I was diagnosed with Myofascia Pain Syndrome and Fibromyalgia about 1.5 years after sustaining injuries from a motor vehicle accident. I was having ongoing chronic neck pain, low back pain, and then hip and buttock pain (seemed muscular, like the gluteal muscles were extremely sore and ached constantly, interfered with my sleep and limited my ability to walk without pain). The treatments I tried initially included traditional Chiropractic, Physical Therapy (2 different specialty areas of PT) Acupuncture and deep tissue massage. Chris does amazing work. He helped me resolve a long and painful shoulder injury from a ski accident, and most recently fixed back pain that I’d had for the past month. He combines great shiatsu massage with a deep understanding of physiology to bring long term relief and health benefits. I’d recommend him to anyone who’s dealing with any kind of physical pain.

Chris is a knowledgeable practitioner and excellent at what he does. I recently did my first lymphatic massage with him and it was excellent! I highly recommend his work.
