Walgreens Pharmacy

I cannot stand a woman that work in the pharmacy. They are so disrespectful. This is the only pharmacy that I ever been to at Walgreens where the pharmacy people are so disrespectful and inconsiderate and not understanding. Come on now Walgreens you gotta do a little bit better, higher, different pharmacist like my dad died yesterday and I got to travel out of state so my doctor called in a prescription, but it’s not able to get filled so I reached out to the pharmacist got them on the phone after I was on there for a while and then when the lady gets on there, she hangs up

I'm 62 and this was the worse pharmacy experience of my life. Waited 40 minutes after my appointment time for the flu shot when no one else was there. The entire 40 minutes we were there they gave no immunizations but the rudeness of the technician when we asked about our appointment was shocking. They are extremely rude, they know it and they don't care. Went to CVS and flu shot went smoothly, will never enter a Walgreens again because of this store in Spring Lake.

Most sorry excuse of a pharmacy, that ive ever seen, you can hear the workers, talking and laughing while the on hold music is playing. They are super slow and lazy, they treat the pharmacy, like it's a daytime club or better yet high school. You're there to fill people's medications. Not laugh and catch attitudes. I see why this place has a terrible rating. If youre looking for a pharmacy, go elsewhere, drive alil further, before you choose this place. It wouldn't even be my last resort

I’m not sure if she is the pharmacist or just a tech but the woman working here has a horrible attitude. She will ask questions and interrupt you before you finish answering. This is in person and on the phone. She rudely told me she didn’t know my sons name when they had it in the system wrong. I will definitely take my business elsewhere. Its been the same way to other people I know. It’s not hard to be a good person or to have decent customer service skills.

They advertised free flu shots. They were not, in fact, free. $40. I spent a lot of time convincing my relative with no health insurance to make the appointment, fill out copious paperwork, and after all that we were informed that, "Oh, its not actually free, its $40." I'd spent too much time getting a reluctant person there so I paid. But get real! Flu shots won't stop you getting sick. Flu shots are NOT worth $40, especially when you need a new one every year.
