Absolutely abysmal facility. If i could rate lower than 1 star i would. Getting in contact with these people is a nightmare. Noone ever picks up no matter when you call. If they were super busy that's fine but please communicate that, or literally anything. Website says they close at 3, their sign says they close at 5. What's with the discrepancy? And if the earliest to expect them to close is 3, why are all the doors locked and all lines go straight to voice mail prior to 3? Terrible communication skills by management.

No One should go here. I received better care in 3rd world countries, let alone having the VA send a Veteran out to this "Facility" which is actually a house with less than adequate or enough parking. They are also soooo 2020 with their Mask Policy. They attempted to refuse my service dog, who was wearing his proper marked ID, and they stated the doctor was allergic to dogs [un huh] then ridiculously asked if he was a Service Dog. It wasn't until I pressed them violating the law with ADA. They said OK. But then said I need to sit outside in a chair and NOT in the waiting room, thay it would be best! They brought out the vital checks to me... making me truly feel like a 2nd class citizen. Then a nurse comes out asking who's parked here on the grass ... which is where I was next to 2 other v

Worst facility ever. For the past 6 months I have been going back and forth with them to put in referrals for specialty doctors for VA appointments. Seems they know little to nothing about how to put in VA referrals. The few she did try and put in were wrong multiple times. Wrong diagnostic codes or just were rejected by the VA because it was put it wrong completely. Feel like I'm calling every week with no updates, no end in sight and no resolution. I keep getting told they will get them put in and then nothing changes.

Would give a negative 0 rating if possible. My elderly mother was a patient for years along with my father until his passing this made it difficult for my mother since they attended their appointments together a few phone calls discussing her medical needs were done for approximately 25 minutes where she got medications needed thank goodness for that however the charges listed were incorrect in their times filed with insurance along with other things..... I called to see about getting my mother back in again to better aid her health only to have a receptionist relay to me from Dr. Maria that my mother was no longer her patient she would need to seek another physician or go to the emergency room 😳 Wow... What ever happened to doing the job that you chose to do help the sick??? 🤷🏽‍♀️ All

If I could give this place a zero I absolutely would. There employees beside the one nice lady at the desk, are horribly rude and have no consideration at all for there patients I have been calling leaving messages on the phones for over three weeks. No phones calls make. Mean while I have none of my medications so I went through withdrawals. I finally get them on the phone to day and instead of having me come in or setting up a appointment they were to worried about raising there voice and not being professional.
